Project EURIBOR
This European initiative focuses on reducing the social exclusion of young women aged 24–29 living in rural areas and small towns. Led by Formac, the project unites vocational training centres from Germany and Austria with partners from Poland, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Malta, Spain and Italy.
Over more than two years, participants will receive training in future-oriented professions, on-the-job experience and personalised professional and psychological support. Mobile teams will bring counselling and employment services directly to local communities, empowering women to re-enter education, access the labour market and unlock their full potential.
Duration: 27 months — November 1, 2021 to January 31, 2024
