Coaching
It is a process of improving of personal skills under the guidance of a personal trainer (coach) by gaining knowledge and changing ineffective behaviours. It is based on the following steps: observation of the Client during his work, self-assessment, feedback and planning new strategies for continued development. Formac delivers a series of individual meetings with the Client and the coach. We focus on the objectives of the Client and the solutions of problems related to its professionalism.
An important element of coaching is a good relationship and mutual trust between the coach and the Client. Its main goal is to support the achievement of the objectives agreed with the coach and related to such areas as work, professional career, finances, health or interpersonal relations. A coach imposes neither solutions, nor his own knowledge. Changing of working habits and attitudes is achieved through the conversation, placing right questions and delivery of a common analysis of the situation and previous experiences.
Mentoring
It is a learning process involving the mentor and the Client; both parties are focused on exploring and developing of the potentials of the Client. Mentoring is a form of accompaniment of an experienced mentor who has wide experience, knowledge and skills in specific area/business sector. It is an effective tool for supporting professional development, especially in the early stages of building professional careers of employees.
A mentor’s support is valuable when working on personal and professional development. Usually, a mentor has an informal contact with the Client that helps him better shape the professional career advantages. Formac offers coaching and mentoring sessions that can be complementary to the training process or represent a separate, individually conducted support.
