On June 20-21, 2024, an online workshop led by PhD expert Lazar Jovevski explored innovative strategies for integrating input from students and employers into VET training. Participants engaged deeply in discussions about evaluation tools, the digitalization of teaching processes, and enhancing collaboration with employers. The workshop emphasized the importance of fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within vocational education.
Through engaging discussions and hands-on workshops, participants explored how feedback from both students and industry partners, along with the effective use of technology, can transform education. The sessions highlighted ways to better align VET courses with industry needs, ensuring that training programs are relevant and impactful, and ultimately creating more meaningful learning experiences for students.
