Virtual Project Meeting - 17.02.2023
On February 17, 2023, a virtual meeting was held for the VET4GREEN project, starting with participant registration, except for the Slovakian (SVK) partner. CECC Leader, Lukasz Osinski, welcomed the attendees, setting the tone for a productive and collaborative session. During the meeting, project partners had the opportunity to present their organizations, which enhanced mutual understanding and collaboration across the consortium.
One key presentation came from FORMAC, which outlined essential formal and financial rules, helping to establish a clear framework for the project. Additionally, CECC provided a comprehensive overview of the project’s timeline, phases, and activities, unveiling the official project logo.
After a brief break, the meeting continued with a discussion on Work Package 1 (CECC). Notable topics included the planning of a study visit, scheduled for late September or early October, and the consideration of visa procedures for African partners. Plans for online training courses and international online workshops were also highlighted.
In Work Package 2 (FORMAC), discussions focused on the busy year ahead, particularly the development of collaborative research methodologies and the creation of an online platform to facilitate cooperation among partners.
The meeting concluded with a summary and a Q&A session, where all outstanding issues were addressed. Overall, the event successfully fostered collaboration, clarified project objectives, and laid the groundwork for future milestones.
This meeting marked an important step forward in the VET4GREEN project, which continues to build a network for green vocational education and training, with a focus on international cooperation and the promotion of sustainable skills.
