On October 18, 2024, the VET4GREEN workshop, led by expert Anna Skocz, brought together participants from Europe and Africa to enhance collaboration and exchange best practices in developing VET courses aligned with the green energy sector's labor market needs.
Through interactive breakout sessions, group discussions, and brainstorming activities, participants explored innovative strategies for adapting vocational training to meet the growing demands of the green energy industry. European experts shared their insights on practical training approaches, while African partners contributed valuable local perspectives, ensuring the exchange was mutually beneficial.
The workshop concluded with the formation of new networks, fostering ongoing cooperation to develop sustainable VET programs that address the evolving needs of the global green economy.
